You can take a two hour ride along the Zambezi, that's about $100 (plus the chance of actually petting the elephants!), it's a great opportunity. There would be some more options for a wildlife tour like a 2 hour drive (from $30) or a guided walk($45) in Mosi oa Tunya Game Park.
